Paradou Accent & Nuances is made from Cinsault Rosso grapes and represents an authentic tribute to the Provencal culture.
The grapes come from soils composed mostly of clay, sand and limestone and are located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. After destemming, the grapes are left to macerate in concrete to ensure controlled extraction of color. Fermentation follows without aging in wood.
