La Grola by Allegrini is an elegant interpretation of the Valpolicella territory, mainly made from Corvina and Oseleta grapes grown in volcanic soils.

The winemaking occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 20 and 28°C for about 15 days, preserving the aromatic integrity and varietal expression of the grapes.
