The Catore di Sella&Mosca white wine is born around Alghero from a native Sardinian white vine, the Torbato.
The grapes undergo destemming-crushing followed by a 24-hour cold maceration. This is followed by soft pressing and fermentation of the must in thermoregulated steel tanks.
