This Bianco di Custoza comes from Trebbiano and Garganega vineyards located in the hinterland of Lake Garda.

The vinification takes place with crushing-destemming of the bunches and short maceration at low temperature in contact with the skins, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a temperature between 14 and 18 ° C.

The Oasi Mantellina of the Allegrini company is a Lugana coming from the vineyards located in the municipality of Pozzolengo.

With an altitude of approx. 100 meters above sea level and with grapes grown on predominantly clayey soils, Allegrini proposes this white made up of 96% Trebbiano di Lugana grapes and 4% Cortese. After manual harvesting and fermentation, the wine rests for four months in steel, followed by another two months in the bottle.
