Paltrinieri, Emilia
The Paltrinieri winery was born in the 1920s in the heart of the magical terroir of Sorbara, in the province of Modena. The winery has been a family-run farm for many generations, known for the production of Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC. The grapes, coming only from the estate's vineyards, are carefully selected and vinified with extreme care. Lambrusco di Sorbara thanks to its dry and fruity taste and its delicate violet scent, perfectly expresses the true essence of the Paltrinieri winery. Ancient tradition and modern production technologies, respect and environmental protection are the values that constantly guide this magnificent reality.
Emilia IGT wines are produced in the territories of the provinces of Ferrara, Modena, Parma, Piacenza, Reggio Emilia and in part of the province of Bologna. It is a vast area with ancient traditions, which in the hilly areas expresses interesting wines with a distinctly territorial profile.
