The Amarone della Valpolicella Le Arche originates in the hilly landscape located at the foot of the Veronese pre-Alps, in the heart of the Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.
It comes from a blend of Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. Valpolicella Ripasso Le Arche comes to life from vineyards located on the hilly area north east of Verona.
It is the result of the classic assembly of Valpolicella, Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara, collected at the end of September. The must stands in steel containers, where the fermentation takes place with a 10-day maceration and a second fermentation in contact with the Amarone pomace, the "ripasso".
