Cocchi
Cocchi di Cocconato d'Asti is a company specialized in the production of flavored wines, especially aperitifs and vermouth, which are particularly suitable for the preparation of cocktails, or polybibites, the name with which they were renamed by the Italian futurists. Giulio Cocchi, founder and creator of the original recipes with which all the products of the house are elaborated, underwent the futurist influences - as evidenced by the cockerel present on the label of his American Aperitif - which led him to a creative reinterpretation of classic recipes and methods of service.
