Foradori
The Foradori Winery is located in Mezzolombardo, in the heart of the Campo Rotaliano, surrounded by the spectacular panorama of the Dolomites. Founded in 1901, the winery is a benchmark for promoting the native grape variety Teroldego, cultivated with passion and dedication by the Foradori family since 1939. In 2002, the company completed the transition to biodynamic agricultural methods, focusing on the conservation and genetic regeneration of ancient varietal genotypes. This process has been guided by Elisabetta Foradori and Rainer Zierock, with a strong commitment to maintaining the expressive spontaneity of the plants. Today, their children Emilio, Theo, and Myrtha enthusiastically continue this tradition.
Today, the winery encompasses about 29 hectares of vineyards, with unique lands including alluvial soils rich in gravel and sand in the Campo Rotaliano and limestone-clay soils at Fontanasanta. Foradori wines stand out for their authenticity and ability to evolve over time. The production philosophy is based on respecting the rhythms of nature and meticulously caring for the land, to create wines that reflect the character of the earth and the time that has shaped them.
