Poli's Cleopatra Moscato Oro Grappa comes to life in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, the Venetian production center par excellence of grappa. It is produced from the pomace of Moscato Fior d'Arancio and Moscato Bianco from the Euganean Hills, distilled using the innovative Crysopea vacuum bain-marie alembic. Afterwards this grappa ages in small French oak barrels inside the underground cellar of the distillery.

Franz Haas' Alto Adige Moscato Rosa was born in the vineyards located in the municipality of Egna.

It is produced exclusively with Moscato Rosa grapes, which are vinified in red and macerated only for a few days, to avoid the extraction of too astringent tannins. Subsequently the wine ages in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, before being bottled.

Grappa Elegante Po 'di Poli is obtained from pomace of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc grapes, hand-distilled in small batches, with copper still with discontinuous cycle steam boilers. Followed by at least 12 months aging in steel.
