Vigneti Massa
The Cantina Vigneti Massa was born on the gentle Piedmontese hills of Monleale alto, in the province of Alessandria, in the distant 1879 by the ancestors of the current owner Walter Massa. A territory that has always been particularly suited to the cultivation of vines, the Tortonesi Hills, in addition to the typical vines of the area such as Barbera, Croatina and Freisa, are home to Timorasso, an ancient native variety that was in danger of extinction. In the Eighties, Walter rediscovered this grape variety, sensing its potential and obtaining memorable and unmistakable wines, so much so that it earned the nickname "Father of Timorasso".
