Vietti
The Vietti family produces wines in Castiglione Falletto, a small town of medieval origin located in the center of one of the highest wine-growing areas of the Langhe, the Barolo area. The company was founded at the end of the 19th century by Carlo Vietti and in 1919 his son Mario began the production of the first wines. The history of the last 40 years is marked by the company's desire to strengthen the image of the Barolo area, starting for the first time to select and vinify grapes from individual vineyards when this was still an uncommon practice. Vietti's wines, therefore, are an expression of the peculiarities of the territory in which they are produced and have a strong bond with the land.
