The St. Michaele Appiano winery was founded in 1907 in the towns on the outskirts of Bolzano, in the heart of the extraordinary terroir of South Tyrol. Over the years the winery has been managed by around 340 winegrowing families who have handed down their great passion for the vine for generations. San Michele Appiano wines are the perfect expression of the peculiarities of the individual crus and of the different varieties, enhancing the personality of each individual wine. Respect for tradition, the use of innovative winemaking techniques and the enhancement of native vines are the values that constantly guide this reality.
