Sarno 1860
We are in Irpinia, in the ancient village of Candida, 600 meters above sea level, and precisely in Villa Sarno, home of the Sarno family and of the winemaking cellar. In this single site, from a single vineyard and a single vine, the Fiano, the wines of Tenuta Sarno 1860 are born. It is a place rich in nature, due to the park attached to the villa with more than 2000 varieties of trees and flowers from all over the world, and of art, for the private museum which is the legal seat of the property. The same elements that can be found in the production philosophy: very few steps in vinification and the use of only indigenous yeasts to respect nature, combined with the art of long aging that makes the produced labels real jewels of charm and longevity .
