Santa Lucia
The Santa Lucia Agricultural Company is a haven of harmony where nature and architecture blend in the heart of Franciacorta. Located among the hills of Erbusco, the winery is surrounded by a landscape of vineyards that are optimally exposed to the sun. The production facility is located within Palazzo Longhi, a seventeenth-century building constructed on a medieval structure, representing the perfect synthesis of tradition and modernity. The Villa family founded the company in the late 1990s, leveraging a solid experience in research and consultancy in the wine sector. Pierluigi Villa, along with his wife Ardenia and their children Gregorio and Maurizio, created a reality that combines passion and innovation, aiming to produce wines that reflect the authenticity of the territory and the elegance of Franciacorta.
At the heart of the estate are the 30 hectares of vineyards, distributed among Erbusco, Rodengo Saiano, Capriolo, Passirano, and Rovato. Some of these are true "jewel vineyards", framed by ancient stone walls, symbols of the history and value of the territory. The combination of an extraordinary terroir and a favorable microclimate allows for the production of refined wines, characterized by finesse and aromatic complexity. The production philosophy of Santa Lucia is based on organic farming, with the first certified harvest dating back to 2014. Respect for nature and its timing is the foundation of every business decision, ensuring balanced and authentic wines. Each label tells a story, offering a unique and memorable sensory experience.
