Puiatti
Puiatti has always tried to enhance the characteristics and purity of the vines, respecting their essence. Its wines come from vineyards located in two important wine-growing areas, the Collio and the Isonzo, and the vines are grown according to the principles of organic agriculture, with studies carried out in collaboration with the University of Udine. The activity of the Puiatti winery is based on an important principle: the protection of nature, which is concretely expressed through practices such as organic fertilization, moderate irrigation, biological control of parasites and biodiversity restoration programs. The result is wines consistent with the grapes, of great quality and harmony.
