Paolo Petrilli

Paolo Petrilli bought the Motticella or Motta della Regina at the beginning of the twentieth century, an ancient masseria that dates back to the eighteenth century, thus giving life to the Paolo Petrilli Agricultural Company. Over the years the winery has been managed from father to son by the Petrilli family. The winery is located in the countryside of Lucera, a historic city in the north of Puglia, which bears witness to extraordinary evidence of ancient civilizations.

The winery cultivates its vineyards in organic farming, with the utmost respect for the territory, without the use of substances harmful to the environment. Petrilli wines are elegant, balanced and with a powerful character, the perfect expression of the Lucera terroir. Years of experience, the enhancement of native varieties and the strong link with the territory of origin are the values that guide this fantastic reality.
