Paolo Leo is a company that was born around the province of Brindisi, in the heart of Salento, by the founder and homonymous head of the family Paolo, who already in the early 1900s produced wine from his vineyards in the family millstone - today recovered and used as a cooper. In 1989 the new headquarters was born, with the new vinification and refinement systems: here the native vines such as Primitivo, Negroamaro and Malvasia Bianca and Nera di Lecce, always cultivated by the family as an enhancement of the Apulian territory and its characteristics. Today the company has about 30 hectares, from which high quality wines are produced: from the rigorous selection of the grapes to the most advanced enological techniques, the production is followed with scrupulous attention in every step, to guarantee quality and respect for the Salento terroir. and its vines.
