La Bollina

La Bollina is located in the municipality of Serravalle Scrivia di Alessandria, a modern Piedmontese company that operates in the historic Gavi DOCG area. The estate, for centuries the residence of the Marquises Figari of Genoa, extends for 120 hectares in a landscape of gentle hills where vineyards alternate with wooded areas of chestnut. The cellar is equipped with the most modern winemaking technologies, including an advanced micro-oxygenation system that allows you to keep the supply of oxygen and consequently oxidative and reduction phenomena under control. A modern tangential filter allows to filter the finished wine while keeping the organoleptic characteristics intact in the very last stages of production.
