Kloster Eberbach
Kloster Eberbach is a former Cistercian abbey located in the hilly region of the Rheingau, on the banks of the Rhine, and its cellar boasts a history spanning 900 years, despite being today one of the most technological cellars in Europe. The centuries-old winemaking tradition, crossed by a tireless search for quality, has led the cellar of the Eberbach monastery to become the largest German estate. The vineyards are mostly cultivated with Riesling vines, but Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder are also produced.
