Kim Crawford Wines has a romantic story in its origins. The company was born thanks to the love between Kim Crawford and his wife Erica who, in the mid-nineties, decided to start a winery in Auckland, New Zealand, united by a passion for wine. At the beginning of the new millennium, in the wake of immediate success, Kim Crawford Wines moves to Marlborough. The company's Sauvignon Blanc receives numerous awards, including, in 2008, the prestigious 90+ score assigned by Wine Spectator, after it had already been included in the magazine's top 100 list.
