Hofstätter
Hofstätter farm is located in Kolbenhof, in an area already used by the Jesuits of Innsbruck who vinified their wine as early as the 18th century. Further downstream is the Steinraffler vineyard, at 250 m asl, on the slopes of the Kolbenhof and at the foot of the Söll-Sella mountain. The other important Hofstätter vineyard is dedicated to Pinot Noir and is located on the Mazon plateau: here the rows are caressed by the "Ora" wind that blows until late in the evening allowing the grapes to remain dry and healthy, and Pinot Noir it has been cultivated in this area for over 160 years.
