Hibiscus

Immersed in a suggestive landscape, made of vineyards overlooking the sea, surrounded by dry stone walls and prickly pear hedges, the small Hibiscus winery stands as the only symbol of Ustica viticulture, an island with very rare pedo-climatic conditions, given by 'combination of proximity to the marine expanse and soil of volcanic origin well exposed to the sun and a breezy climate. From native vines such as Inzolia, Catarratto, Grillo and Nero d'Avola are produced wines that reflect the island environment, real concentrated nectars of aromas.
