H. Lun

The H.Lun company, the oldest private winery in South Tyrol, was founded about 170 years ago by the entrepreneurial ability and courage of the founder Alois H. Lun. The vines grown in the Cornaiano area, both native and international, enjoy excellent conditions ideal pedoclimatic conditions in which they find maximum expression with a mild climate that offers over 300 sunny days a year, the presence of the Alps in the north that protect the region from the cold northern winds and the warm currents of the Mediterranean and Lake Garda that caress the screws. For years now owned by the Girlan Winery, H. Lun produces wines of aromatic intensity, refined maturation and territoriality divided into two ranges: the 1840 base line and the Sandbichler line.
