The Bolgheri Rosso Superiore Impronte by Giorgio Meletti, a company founded in 2002 and located in southern Tuscany.
It consists of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, which undergo a cold prefermentation maceration. Fermentation takes place with autochthonous yeasts and at a controlled temperature. The wine ages in new barriques for 14 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle.
