Foradori
Foradori is a farm that dates back to 1939, when Vittorio Foradori buys the current winery in Mezzolombardo, in the province of Trento. In 1984 it was his daughter Elisabetta who took over the reins of the company, concentrating the production above all on the native Teroldego vine. In fact, in those years some of the company's flagship products were born, such as Garnet, Morei and Sgarzon, three well-characterized and distinct evolutions of this vine. The company totally converted to biodynamic in 2002 and 5 years later became part of the VinNatur group. In 2009 the Demeter certification arrives and the company joins the Renaissance des AOC group, always active in the field of biodynamics.
Today Foradori has about 28 hectares of vineyards: 75% in Teroldego, 15% in Manzoni Bianco, 5% in Nosiola and a further 5% in Pinot Grigio. The knowledge of the rhythms of nature and its cycles are the basis of Elisabetta's philosophy, which carries on the mantra of respect for her vines, to create the most natural and expressive wines possible, which are the actual result of an extraordinary alpine terroir and the fruits of the vineyards.
