Maison Deutz produces its champagnes with grapes from some of the most prestigious villages of Aÿ and Côtes de Blancs, from vineyards classified exclusively as Grand Cru and 1er Cru. Thus was born a very wide range of sophisticated Champagne of pleasure and at the same time highly drinkable that refine for a long time inside the cellars dug into the plaster 30 meters deep, acquiring an unparalleled elegance and refinement.

Former member of the Syndicate of the Great Brands since its foundation, Deutz experienced an increase in the quality level in 1966, when Louis Roederer became the first shareholder of the Maison, who carried out a project of modernization of production technologies but without affecting in the least, indeed consolidating, the style that makes Deutz one of the best known champagne houses among aficionados.
