Cavit

Cavit, the Trentino winery, was founded in 1950 thanks to the passion for its land and the desire to enhance the products of the Consortium of Social Cellars. Cavit is a cooperative that unites 11 Trentino social wineries with over 5,200 associated winemakers, covering all 5 wine macro-areas of the territory. Cavit's inseparable bond with Trentino derives from this strong presence and makes the company the custodian of the area's wine heritage.

The winery is located on the outskirts of Trento, while the representative office is in Maso Toresella, on Lake Toblino, a historic and magical villa surrounded by vineyards.

Today Cavit collects, examines and selects the raw materials produced by the associated cellars, controlling every phase: from refinement to bottling, all while respecting the environment.

At the center of the Cavit viticulture system is PICA, an acronym for Piattaforma Integrata Cartografica Agriviticola, currently the most advanced technological platform in Italy for the implementation of intelligent and eco-sustainable viticulture.

Cavit wines offer a rich and refined overview of Trentino's wine heritage.
