Capannelle
The Capannelle di Gaiole in Chianti winery, located in the province of Siena, was founded in 1974 when Raffaele Rossetti, then forty years old, decided to buy an old farmhouse in the heart of Chianti. To date, the company covers about 20 hectares, 16 of which are vineyards. The company's values of high quality and exclusivity materialize not only in the excellent wines, but also in the style of the rooms where Capannelle regularly hosts great chefs and restaurateurs who are friends and enthusiasts of its wines. Capannelle produces a limited number of bottles, 80,000 a year, divided between Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, Solare IGT, 50&50 IGT, Chardonnay IGT and a Rosato IGT.
