Eisacktaler Kellerei is a young reality from the Isarco Valley specialized in the production of white wines. The terroir of Trentino Alto Adige where the winery was born has a long winemaking tradition, so much so that the first finds of objects dedicated to the production of wine date back to 500 BC. Thanks to its rather dry climate and soils favorable to viticulture, Valle Isarco stands out for the production of white wines of character and the Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco remains on this line with its cru Sylvaner and Kerner and with its premium wines Müller Thurgau , Gewürztraminer and Pinot Grigio . Eisacktaler Kellerei was founded in 1961 and over time has become the largest wine cooperative in South Tyrol, with 130 producer members. Its success is due to the values that guide the Cooperative: producing wines of "uncompromising quality" and defending the link with the small local winemakers who work with passion for this reality.

The Eisacktaler Kellerei white wines are born at different altitudes on soils rich in minerals, such as quartzophyllites, diorites, or formations of volcanic origin. Thanks to the particularity of the soil, the exposure of the vines and a favorable microclimate, wines with particular aromas are obtained, the perfect expression of the Valle Isarco terroir. The winery members of the winery work on the terraces throughout the year, with ecologically sustainable treatments that do not change the character and quality of the grapes. The Cantina Produttori Valle Isarco produces numerous varieties of whites, including Sylvaner, Kerner, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon , Müller Thurgau and Gewürztraminer.
