A story that begins in Bormio 140 years ago: the Bràulio family, producer of the homonymous amaro, produces an amaro directly from Valtellina with the same care and dedication as at the time. It all began in the nineteenth century in the pharmacy of Dr. Giuseppe Peloni, who handed down his passion as an expert herbalist to his son Francesco, who began experimenting with the production of infusions and drinks. Amaro Bràulio was born from this passion: the recipe is still secret today, but we only know that its original form contains some of the most particular herbs and medicinal plants, including yarrow, juniper berries, wormwood and roots. of gentian.
