Abbazia Santa Anastasia
The Santa Anastasia Abbey rises on the slopes of the Madonie Park, in the municipality of Castelbuono (PA), overlooking the sea. For a long time, ruled first by the Theatine monks and then by the Benedictines, it was a very important cultural and working center for the area, where wine was produced since time immemorial.
In this evocative setting the wines of the Abbey of Santa Anastasia are born, the result of a production based on the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture. Many bottles are the result of happy unions between native vines, such as Grillo and Nero d'Avola, and international vines, which here take on the typicality of a unique territory like the Sicilian one.
