Based in a historic Palladian villa dating back to 1622, Villa Sandi is one of the major realities in the Prosecco area. The Moretti Polegato family, at the helm of the winery, has always been dedicated to the wine culture of the area and the promotion of its own tradition, as well as the artistic heritage of which it is heir. Directly from the historic Treviso hills of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG to the DOC area of Friuli Venezia Giulia: a tradition that is the example of a combination of art, history and nature.
The vineyards are raised in a religious respect for the environment, so much so that they are certified as "Biodiversity friend" by the World Biodiversity Association: these are good practices in the management of the vineyards, respectful of the eco-system to safeguard the quality of the grapes and environment.
Among the quality labels of the Villa Sandi house, the Cartizze Vigna La Rivetta deserves special mention , awarded several times with the prestigious recognition of the Tre Bicchieri del Gambero Rosso.
