The Tormaresca estate covers a total of about 640 hectares, divided into two farms: Bocca di Lupo and Masseria Maime.

Tenuta Bocca di Lupo is located in the Minervino Murge countryside, in the Castel del Monte area, at about 300 meters above sea level and covers about 140 hectares. The cool climate, characterized by considerable temperature ranges, has proved to be perfect for the cultivation of many varieties, including Aglianico, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Fiano, Moscato Reale and Nero di Troia.

The Masseria Maime is instead located in the heart of Salento, along the Adriatic coast and covers about 500 hectares of which 350 are vineyards, cultivated in woods and olive groves, on mainly calcareous soils. This is the undisputed realm of the two great Apulian reds: Primitivo and Negroamaro to which Fiano is added.
