Cantina Rivera wines reflect the DOC Castel del Monte area, an appellation that looks over Murgia, Tavoliere and Vulture territories, which the de Corato family have worked to enhance since the 1940s.

Great examples are Violante (91 pt LM), a juicy and full-bodied on the palate Nero di Troia and Falcone (94 pt Falstaff), in which the Nero di Troia grapes express a burst of taste of the utmost elegance thanks to a perfect usage of wood. To be tried are also the fresh, juicy, appetising Pungirosa (94 pt Falstaff) rosé wine, and the Marese, a Bombino Bianco with fresh mineral tones.
