Castelli di Grevepesa is a cooperative winery founded in the 60s by Cavalier Armando Nunzi, who brought together 17 winegrowers-conferers to relaunch Chianti Classico. Today Castelli del Grevepesa is the largest family in the Chianti Classico area and brings together over 120 members.
Clement VII has a fruity bouquet where hints of blueberry and strawberry are perceived, enriched by sweet spicy notes and the noble wood in which the wine ages. It is perfect to accompany succulent grilled meat. The same wine is also available in the Riserva version, aged for 36 months in barrique. Very intense ruby red in colour, it opens to the nose with strong hints of wild berries, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of vanilla. On the palate it is harmonious, with sweet tannins that make the taste velvety and with a pleasant sensation of fullness. It goes very well with hearty game dishes.
