It is following these premises that the most authentic versions of Sangiovese find space in representative wines such as the Chianti Classico, fine and with floral aromas, very sober and the Chianti Classico Blue Label with smooth and dense tannins, the Chianti Classico Riserva (17 pt JR) with aging in cask for 26 months, with hints of violet, bark and humus, with a great impact on the palate and well balanced.
