There are production companies that need no introduction. Fontanafredda is one of these, with a history that begins with King Vittorio Emanuele II and which since 1858 has lived and determined part of the wine history of Italy, overcoming difficulties and demonstrating the importance of a solid territorial bond between men and wine. All the expertise and oenological experience flow into products such as the Alta Langa DOCG Riserva Blanc de Noir Pas Dosé Vigna Gatinera 72 Mesi , a Blanc de Noir Pas Dosé produced in the Serralunga d'Alba area exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes selected by the same parcel enriched by a 72-month rest on the yeasts.

Great balance between acidity and sweetness in the Contessa Rosa Brut Rosé , while the white pulp fruit and hints of cream return in the Vigna Gatinera Brut Nature in which the entire structure of the Pinot Noir emerges for a delicate but powerful touch. The range is completed by a fascinating Blanc de Blancs and the One Hundred Sixty Five selection, 100% Pinot Noir aged for 105 months on the yeasts.
