A man with a welcoming smile and his passion for good food , good living and, of course, good wine : this is where the story of Fantinel starts, in the eyes of a man, Paron Mario , restaurateur and hotelier in the Alto Friuli, who soon realized his reason for living, that of thrilling and enchanting people with his passion for wine . In 1969 he acquired the first vineyards in the Collio and from here began the beautiful adventure, which immediately saw his sons Luciano, Gianfranco and Loris as protagonists. Today Fantinel is a company that enjoys its own well-recognized prestige also at international level : located in the Pordenone municipality of Spilimbergo, it is well suited to represent Friulian wine in the world. Unique wines, well rooted in the territory, such as the Spumante Ribolla Gialla Brut , a cheerful, lively but structured wine; then there is Sun Goddess , a limited edition born from the collaboration with the famous R&B star Mary J, a pure Sauvignon Blanc that seduces the senses with precious aromas of yellow pepper and spices. The Friuli Grave Borgo Tesis Cabernet Sauvignon closes the range with a flourish , an austere and full wine, with excellent body, with its scents of undergrowth. Highly recommended wines.
Vino Spumante Brut Ribolla Gialla Fantinel
Fantinel's Ribolla Gialla Brut sparkling wine comes from vineyards located within the Pordenone estate of Tauriano, in the heart of the Friuli Grave DOC.
It is produced entirely from Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place slowly in temperature controlled steel pressurized tanks, according to the Charmat method.

Fantinel's Millesimato Brut One&Only sparkling wine is born in vineyards located within the Tauriano estate, in the province of Pordenone.
It is produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand. After the rosé vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place in steel pressurized tanks at a controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method, for 150 days.
