Nero d'Avola Sicilia Doc Passo delle Mule is born in the vineyard of the same name on the Suor Marchesa di Duca di Salaparuta estate, located in the municipality of Butera on the Riesi axis, in the province of Caltanissetta.

It is obtained from pure Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested and selected by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, at a controlled temperature of 26-28° C. The wine is then refined in oak barrels for at least 8 m...
