Cavit (Cantina Viticoltori del Trentino) is a consortium of cooperative wineries that has been enhancing its terroir and product heritage on the national and international wine-making scene since 1950. With the construction of the new wine cellar and the adoption of cutting-edge technology, Cavit inaugurates, also with the collaboration of the Istituto Enologico di San Michele all'Adige (Edmund Mach Foundation), the wine project " Il Maso " with prestigious products linked to well-defined terroirs.
One of Cavit's most famous wines is undoubtedly Muller Thurgau Cuvée Speciale, which has demonstrated how this Trentino company has also achieved excellence in sparkling wines. This sparkling wine is surprising for its freshness and its aromatic character, obtained thanks to the Charmat Method sparkling process of such a fragrant grape variety as Muller Thurgau, born in the vineyards up to 800 meters above sea level, in the terroir of Trentino Alto Adige finds its maximum expression.
Perfect as an aperitif, this label is also exceptional with important shellfish and mollusk dishes.
