The Ca' Viola project is the result of great attention. Beppe Caviola's debut in the world of wine dates back to 1991 after a long experience and careful knowledge in the oenological field convinced him to bottle the first Dolcetto and produce Barolo in 2005. Between oenological consultancy and the purchase of a nineteenth-century villa in Dogliani, Ca' Viola soon managed to integrate hospitality into wine production , always looking at the primacy of the territory and dialogue with the people who live there.
From this long observation come the best wines of Ca' Viola such as the Barolo Sottocastello di Novello , rich and dense with hints of chocolate and tobacco, or the Dolcetto d'Alba Barturot , recognizable and of great charm with its dense fruity aromas. Also memorable and intense is the Langhe Nebbiolo Giblin with a complex nose with notes of undergrowth and damp earth. These are some of the most successful promises of Ca' Viola in the right belief that the territory can speak through its products and that the look to the future is always studded with new unexpected challenges.
