This Spumante Metodo Classico Brut is produced in Italy using Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The harvest is manual and takes place at the beginning of September, ensuring the selection of the best grapes to obtain a high quality wine.

The vinification involves a soft pressing of the whole grapes and a fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15°-16°C. In spring, the cuvée obtained by assembling the various wines is bottled and subjected to a second fermentation directly in the bottle....
