Description
Astoria's Brut Yu Sushi sparkling wine is born in vineyards located on the hilly terrain of the Val del Brun estate, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from a skilful blend of white grapes typical of the Treviso area, harvested and selected by hand in the month of September. After the classic vinification processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat Method, with refermentation in an autoclave for 20-25 days followed by another 15 days of permanence on the lees.
It is characterized by a light straw yellow color and a minute and persistent perlage. The nose opens with decisive fruity aromas of pear, citrus and wisteria flowers. On the palate it is slightly acidic, pleasantly dry and harmonious.
Ideal to accompany sushi, sashimi and seafood crudités, this sparkling wine goes very well with all fish-based dishes.
