Description
The Australian white wine Baroness Nadine was born at the foot of Simonsberg Mountain, where the French Huguenot farm Fredericksburg is located, founded in 1690, today the headquarters of Rupert & Rothschild Vignerons.
The wine is made up of 100% Chardonnay grapes which, once in the cellar, are fermented in wooden and steel tanks. There is a maceration of the must in contact with the skins for 16-20 hours.
It has a golden yellow colour, with aromas of lemon and grapefruit. The sip is soft, with a persistent finish.
Excellent to accompany grilled salmon and vegetables au gratin with cheese.
