Weizen La Morosina

La Morosina Weizen

Weizen is an agricultural beer produced by the Lombardy brewery La Morosina, top-fermented, unfiltered or pasteurized. In November the cereals are sown in Cascina Morosina, which are then threshed in July. The hops begin their vegetative awakening in March and are harvested in August, with a manual harvest of their flowers, so as not to lose their precious aromas and perfumes. The last fundamental raw material for beer is water, the most precious resource of the farm, pure, which does not require treatment.

Sight, nose, eye and palate

Weizen has a brown color and a taste that reveals aromas of ripe banana and grass. Its taste is intense and soft.
