Description

Produced in the renowned Wachau region, the Riesling from Weingut Emmerich Knoll is a white wine of great elegance and depth. This Riesling is a perfect example of the balance between the terroir of gneiss soils and the continental climate that characterizes the area, offering a unique and refined expression of the grape variety.

The Riesling grapes, harvested by hand, undergo a traditional winemaking process. Fermentation occurs spontaneously, without the addition of yeasts, to enhance the natural characteristics of the fruit and the soil. This approach, together with the meticulous care of the vineyards, allows us to obtain a mineral, powerful wine rich in aromatic nuances. The aging takes place in steel to preserve the freshness and purity of the wine.

Bright straw yellow in color, this wine stands out for its intense aromas of lime, accompanied by elegant floral notes. On the palate it is vibrant and mineral, with a well-defined structure and considerable power, which ends in a long and persistent finish, leaving a sensation of freshness and intensity.

It pairs perfectly with seafood, tuna or salmon.
