Description

Ruffino's Aqua di Venus Cuvée rosé sparkling wine was created having Botticelli's Venus as his muse, with her feminine and sensual charm.

It consists of 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in steel and then sparkling in an autoclave according to the Charmat method, with the addition of selected yeasts.

Soft pink in color, it reveals notes of red fruits, citrus peel and red and purple flowers on the nose. The sip is fine and fresh, with a floral finish.

Ideal for an aperitif, with appetizers and light fish and vegetable first courses.
