Domaine Huet's Vouvray Le Haut-Lieu Moelleux is a sweet white wine produced in the Loire region of France. This wine is made from Chenin Blanc grapes grown on very deep clay-limestone soils, with vineyards that have an average age of 40 years. Sarah Hwang runs Domaine Huet, using biodynamic farming methods.
The winemaking involves spontaneous fermentation in demi-muid barriques with temperature control and refinement in steel containers. This process gives the wine a notable freshness and concentration.
