Description
Vulcanica Vodka was created in 2019 and originates in eastern Sicily. Born from the idea of producing the distillate from Sicilian grains.
It is produced from the distillation of ancient Sicilian grains such as Timila, Russello, Perciasacchi, Biancolilla, Margherito and Maiorca. The grains are macerated, fermented and distilled in small batches using a copper distillation column.
This vodka is smooth and round, characterized by floral aromas and spices. It adapts perfectly to the preparation of cocktails in which vodka is the protagonist.
