Description

Spumante Brut Rosé Royal was born in the Montresor vineyards, in the province of Verona.

It is produced entirely with Pinot Noir grapes, selected and harvested in early September. After a particularly soft pressing, the rosé base wine is fermented with the use of selected yeasts. Bottling and ageing in glass follows.

The Spumante Brut Rosé Royal has a soft pink colour, with a fine and subtle perlage. The nose offers flavours of red flowers, bread, dried apple and morello cherry. In the mouth it shows great freshness and excellent persistence.

Perfect as an aperitif, it also goes well with light fish-based appetizers.
